Based on director Fellini's own childhood experiences, the story of a year in the life of a small Italian coastal town in the 1930s. Of course, the director's "take" makes things magical and larger than life. Translated to English, the title means "I remember".

Baker plays "Hazel," a vicious beautician who has a sideline of providing ruthless women to do hit jobs. Although this film is not as well known as the earlier Warhol-produced films directed by Paul Morrissey, it is actually one of the funniest, and nastiest of all the films with Warhol's name on them.

"Producer/director/cinematographer Andy Warhol presents an afternoon in a Manhattan apartment where Viva and Louis discuss social issues while lying in bed. Louis makes sexual advances and Viva giggles; they indulge in sexual foreplay and then intercourse....

This rather langorous film, with Viva, Taylor Mead, Joe Dalleasandro, Lou Waldon, Eric Emerson, and various other Warhol Factory members, had clear homoerotic gay overtones, and was a transition to the series of films directed entirely by Paul Morrisey, which were to follow within a couple of years.
