Vintage original 28 5/8 x 20 ¼” (73 x 51 cm.), Japan.  Charles Bukowski, Tom Waits, Barbet Schroeder, dir: John Dullaghan; Zazie Films.  Documentary about the life and work of legendary renegade Los Angeles poet Bukowski.  This film had a tiny theatrical release in the U.S.  This Japanese poster is so uncommon that I cannot trace another example of it anywhere.  Unfolded, with some horizontal creasing and light crimping at edges, NEAR FINE.

Vintage original 41 x 27" (104 x 69 cm.) one sheet poster, USA. Lenny Bruce, Steve Allen, Mort Sahl, dir: Fred Baker; Fred Baker Films. A documentary about the legendary comedian -- born Leonard Alfred Schneider (1925-66) -- by his friend Baker. Because Bruce posters are very rare, this is an unusual opportunity to own a vintage piece which portrays him. Folded twice, with no vertical fold lines, with a few tiny, scattered creases, JUST ABOUT FINE.

Vintage original 28 x 11" (70 x 29 cm.) poster, USA. Sonny Bono, dir: Max Miller, Avanti Films. This rare poster is for a documentary short in which Sonny Bono appears on screen and as voiceover to warn kids about the dangers of marijuana. Today the film has quite a campy element (and perhaps that was the intention), with Bono seemingly a rather ludicrous choice to make this presentation. This poster was for the distribution of the film to present in school classrooms.
