Sammy Davis Jr. is put through his paces for wax figure artist Logan Fleming. Fleming was the featured artist for the Hollywood Wax Museum Buena Park. Davis is photographed from various angles in order to create his sculpture. According to information on verso of the final realized figure photo, Davis provided his own custom-tailored evening wear. His figure was in celebration of his 50th anniversary in the entertainment industry.

Born in 1925 and starting in the biz as a young child, the photos date ca. late-1970s. These are very unique, likely one-of-a-kind proof images of the show biz legend!
