These quite unusual original art cutouts are from worksheets from the Walt Disney Studios comic strip department and dated 1946. This information is written on verso of each piece. The in-house Disney comic strip department started in 1930 with Mickey Mouse comics for daily newspapers syndicated by King Features. In 1946 the department expanded under the direction of Frank Reilly; it was closed in 1990.
