Director Robert Florey explored his lifelong obsession with Hollywood when he used the actual town as locations for his 1936 Paramount film Hollywood Boulevard. He also exposed much of the misuse of talent and employed an array of actors from the silent era.

This image is a location photo for the film and is an interesting night view including the street sign. Coded 1100/2/30 with an archive ink stamp on verso.
