There is a significant crease along the top right side and emulsion wear spots along the right side blank white margin. There are creases on the bottom blank white margin. Very good.

For the famous hitchhiking scene, Claudette Colbert at first refused to enact the scene in which she shows her leg in order to get a car to stop. Once she saw footage of the double, she relented and filmed the scene insert.

For this on-location pose, she tries the old-fashioned technique using her thumb. Photo is coded @ C. P. Corp C-11-74.
