Set in 1939, a couple work on a spying mission for British intelligence while honeymooning through Europe. This would be the last film Joan Crawford would make for MGM after 18 years as a contract star. She and Fred MacMurray were required to sing in harmony on camera and so rehearsed behind-the-scenes with vocal coach Arthur Rosenstein just before filming.
