This aerial view of Warner Brothers Studios (as the original attached printed paper blurb on verso describes it) has a printed date of 1946 on the front. It was used for a pictorial titled Inside Warner Bros.: The World’s Largest Studio. This photo is likely from that time as one landmark, the Smoke House Restaurant (watering hole of the WB stars) near and across from the main entrance, does not appear. Opened in 1946 at a different but nearby location, the building which is still presently the Smoke House was utilized in 1949. The lot as it was in 1946 is still nearly the same.
